When
will I get my shirt?
Most shirts are painted and
shipped within 5 to 10 days after the order is placed. It really
all depends on what orders I am already working on at the time your order
is placed. If I quote you a time turn around and you wait 1 to 2
weeks to place the order, many other orders have already been placed in
front of you. We will work with your deadline as much as is within reason.
1. We are not responsible for misspelled words or names or wrong shirt sizes. If you spell it that way, then we airbrush it that way.
2. There are NO CANCELLATIONS once the order is processed. If we start painting the shirt, then you are responsible for paying for it.
3. If I e mail you a question about your order, you have 48 hours to reply. Otherwise, if possible, we will proceed with the order as it is.
4. ALL orders are prepay ONLY. We don't start the shirt until your card is processed or your check has cleared the bank. If you are sending payment through regular mail, send a money order or cashier's check.
5. Your shirt is heat set before it is shipped to you. It is recommended that you wash the shirt in cold water use NO BLEACH. Your design should last a very long time.
6. If you order shirts that are more expensive than the base shirt price, such as 2X, 3X, or Long Sleeve shirts, the appropriate charges will be applied without notification.
7. We try to ship your product the best possible way. When we can, we will provide you a tracking number so that you will know the where abouts and the estimated time of delivery. Once the tracking number shows "delivered" to your address, then Amelia Clark Studio is NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPMENT. It is your responsibility to contact your local post office or UPS for the whereabouts of your package. Once delivered, Amelia Clark Studio has no jurisdiction to trace packages.
